 SPAS-12 WIP model

Well, this is my WIP model for the SPAS-12. Very Happy It looks as if it's my best-looking model yet, so far. Razz

Although, I'm having a spot of bother; If you look at the SPAS-12 picture in the ideas thread you'll see those little holes/slits in the gun's frame. Now how do I model those? Sad Worst part is, I need to model the chamber slide. I'm gonna have to make it inset on the current model. HOW DO I ACHEIVE SUCH A THING? Mad

The little holes should probably be done via texture, but you can use boolean to inset the holes and slide.

I disagree, it would look like a cheesewheel with the holes painted on it, KF's default guns have very good detail based on the current engine, so should this! Great job so far!

actually, if you look close at the EBR, you can see the holes are a painted on texture XD. i took a look at the model, its not very complicated.

The pump is a seperate poly, before you ask... It's suitable to be animated. All I need to do now is create the chamber slide Laughing

Nah, I just selected all objects and selected the "smooth" just next to "solid" :3

Apply it to your models! It makes all the difference! Very Happy (although it does make them really ugly, unless there's a texture...)
